What is "Minimalism"? 

In general, minimalism is a lifestyle that values clarity, purpose, and mindfulness. The fast-changing world leads to countless things we need to chase after such as career, family, friends, self-development, etc. However, the more we passively in the run for something we think that is valuable to our life, the more we find ourselves entangled of an intangible mess. 

Minimalism is ONE OF THE WAYS that may unravel the mess and leads you to a more intentional lifestyle. That is when you intentionally choose brings specific values to an essential aspect of life and intentionally discard what is not. Eventually, it would force positivity upon your mind and improve our life. 

How to Become a Minimalist?

Keep. Only. Essentials. 

It's pretty easy if you get your mindset ready. Minimalism is all about mindfulness and keeping everything at its most simple form. Start from the core, which is your mind, only when you are willing to live with ONLY vitals can you change your living environment. This requires time to practice since consumerism has become a major part of our lives and discarding stuff is never an easy task. So don't be strict to yourself, just relax, and change will happen. Once at a time.
